Rolls Royce Plc Ansty, UK * Engineering of Gas Turbine Generating and pumping stations for preparation of technical offers. ; * Review and modification of GT plants' auxiliaries (pumps, coolers, air filters etc) to improve plants efficiency ; * Trouble shooting, maintenance and spares planning & procurement for Indian Customers of 108 Rolls-Royce gas turbine installations in India. ;

DLF Industries Limited, Delhi, India * System engineering of Gas Turbine driven Generators and its auxiliaries, preparation of engineering dwgs for approval by Client (Oil & Natural Gas Company Ltd and RSEB) as EPC Contractor. ; * Supervision of assembly and erection of Gas Turbine Generator Power Plants of ONGC Assam & RSEB Ramgarh as EPC Contractor. ; * Assisted in Performance Monitoring Test of Combined Cycle power plant of DPL, Assam. ; * Led team of 12 engineers to organize Operation & Maintenance of RSEB's GTG power plant at Ramgarh, the desert. Achievements: * Successfully carried out system engineering of India's first aeroderivative gas turbine package (Gas turbine, coolers, fuel gas compressors, cooling water system including its pumps) single handedly from scratch without any support from any consultant. ; * Successfully built & commissioned 2 nos. GTG plants, one on low btu gas; ;

* O&M of gas supply Terminal Stations and Gas Compressor station during Achievement: * Led Design review and erection teams to build and commission gas compressor station in the tribal belt of India. ; * Led team to successfully complete the 3 layer pipe coating of 700 km length of pipes. ; * Led team to successfully lay 500 km of cross country pipelines in Gujrat and UP sectors. ; * Led a small team to organize O&M of gas terminal station, valve stations and one compressor station on the cross country 36'', 42'' and 12'' pipeline. ; * Design review of detailed engineering documents of Contractor M/s Toyo Engg Corp, Japan, pertaining to Gas Turbine compressor and generator installations including its auxiliaries- pumps, blowers, coolers, air conditioners etc. during * Supervision of Erection, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of Gas Turbine Compressor station also having 2 nos gas turbine generators. ; * Participated in construction of cross country pipelines in Gujrat and UP sectors in India. ;

* Responsible for basic and detailed engineering of gas turbine generators, gas compressors and other rotating equipment (pumps, coolers and recip compressors) for offshore process platforms. ; * Preparation of specifications, Technical evaluation of offers and Review of detailed engineering documents of consultants/contractors (IHI, KHI Japan) pertaining to Gas turbine driven generators, Centrifugal pumps, Gas compressors, water pumps, cranes and reciprocating equipment. Achievement: * First 33 gas turbines driven generators, compressors and pumps were either engineered by me or its detailed engineering was reviewed and approved by me, bids were evaluated by me to get the best combination and save money to the company. All of those turbine installations are still running. ; * Member of Technical audit team to analyse any incident occurred with gas turbine installations Offshore. ;

* To Design a gas turbine jet engine for pilot-less aircraft, Design modification and engineering of modifications to auxiliaries (pumps, systems etc) of existing gas turbine engines. ;
